1. Why choose us to cater your event?
Since 1974, I have been catering in Fairfiled and New Haven Counties. I started the buisness and continue to oversee the
day to day operations with my son, Dave. Whenever you have a question or concern, one of the owners will be there to help.
We have the experience to cater your event and work within your budget to give you a quality product and outstanding service.
We are fully insured for both food and liquor service in CT and we are inspected quarterly by our local health department.
We are professionals in our field and have the experience and knowledge to service all your catering needs.



2. What kind of events do you cater?
We cater all size corporate and social events, from small groups of 15 people to over 10,000. We have full service wedding capabilities to ala carte trays for pickup or delivery. We cater to your location or we can provide you with a selection of venues throughout the state.


3. How much food do I need?
We have the experience to guide you on the quantities of food you will need. Once you give us a selection of food and number
of guests, we will suggest a proper quantity of food. Of course, you will always have the final say in how much food you
would like to order.



4. What are your terms for payment?
We take checks, cash, debit cards or credit cards. We usually take a deposit depending on the total order amount.
Final payment is due on delivery unless other arrangements have been made. For our corporate customers we can invoice the
billing for payment in 30 days.



5. If I need labor, what are the charges?
Waitstaff is billed at $22.00 per hour. with a 4 hour minimum. The staff gets paid from when they leave our kitchen, until they get back to our kitchen. Bartenders and kitchen staff are also $22.00 per hour. We only provide staff when we are also providing
food for the event. We do not provide labor without catering. Bartenders are only allowed to serve our liquor
per insurance requirments.



6. What types of insurance do you have?
We carry both liability insurance and liquor liability insurance. This insurance is always needed when you operate a
professional business. We have copies of our proof of insurance available upon request.



7. What types of licenses do you have?
We have Health Department liscenses in all the areas of CT we serve. We also have a CT State liquor license to serve anywhere
in the state. We have copies available upon request. You should never hire a contractor without proper insurance or licenses.
